  • School Office Staff
  • Kid Central Staff
  • Food Service Workers
  • Paraeducators

CREDENTIAL EXPIRATION:

Web Connect is set up to notice you 60 days in advance when your credential or permit is due to expire.  After you complete the on-line renewal with the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing and have received an e-mail with your confirmation, please either bring a copy of your e-mailed renewal to the Human Resources office, or, you may attach it to an e-mail to Karen Cantelletta.  The copy must show the document number, date of issuance and date of expiration. Once the confirmation has been received by our office, your substitute information will be updated immediately.
 

The SubFinder system will not contact you for jobs if your credential or permit has expired.  In addition, if you are being requested for a job and the job is after your expiration date, the teacher will get a message stating that there is a conflict with the substitute and he/she will not be allowed to select you as a requested substitute.

 

Changing Your PIN/Password

This process can only be done via the phone line.  The system is set up with Numeric Only PIN/PASSWORD‘s and must be at least four numbers in length.  There are no duplicates.  If another employee has already changed his or her PIN/PASSWORD to the number you selected, the system will not allow you to choose that number and will ask you to select another.
